- Adults Only (18 and above)
- All campers will be required to show a VALID PICTURE ID
- Remember to be courteous to others; No touching or photos without permission. Nudity is an affirmation- not an invitation.
- No littering (This includes cigarette butts)
- You bring it in, You take it home.
- Leave your campsite cleaner than you found it.
Our parking area is extremely limited this year, and we are encouraging attendees to carpool (3-4 people to a car, if possible.) Once parked, cars cannot be moved until the end of the festival. We will have an overflow lot for those who absolutely need to have their cars accessible throughout the weekend- it is one mile from the site and shuttles will be provided. This is, of course, on an as-needed basis, and we strongly encourage everyone to not leave the site as it also breaks the energy of the Circle. If you need to make early arrangements regarding parking please contact us at Info@MayMagick.org.
... For the Stone Soup;
... For the Sweatlodge;
- Food items for the Stone Soup on Friday and the potluck on Saturday. Suggestions for the Stone Soup include beef or chicken, carrots, potatoes, herbs, spices etc...
- A sarong or bathing suit for the Sweatlodge. In the past years we have participated skyclad but this year will be an exception out of respect for our facilitator.
- Also for the Sweatlodge ceremony the Universal Law of Reciprocity is very important in the Native traditions, so if you wish to receive Hua's gifts please bring a Medicine Gift (stones, feathers, crystals, jewelry, herbs etc.) for her as well as a gift for the Firekeeper. In addition, please bring an offering of sage or tobacco.
... For your Campsite;
- You will also need a separate gallon of water for the Sweatlodge only.
- Speaking of water, there is none on the site so please bring enough for both drinking and dish-cleaning purposes.
... For your Pleasure;
- Decorations are encouraged! Both for your persons and your campsite, please be welcome to let your inner light shine.
- Trash bags for the wreckage of your presence. If you pack it in, its your responsibility to pack it out.
- Musical instruments such as drums, digeridoos, rattles, etc.
- Cash for the Shower Auction, Raffle, and Shopping!
- Good walking shoes for the herb walk with Patrick McCollom.
- And Creative Currency!
Creative Currency is a time honored tradition for May Magick. It is based on a barter system, and the idea is to get creative with the item or service you have to offer. Some past examples include beads, massages, bracelets, craft items, toilet paper, campsite set-up, consensual abduction- the possibilities are only as limited as your imagination!
